Had a blast with the JBPH girls last Saturday for Hwangbo's post birthday celebration.Eto na epilogue nyo..lol..hope u enjoy reading..

Epilogue

Hwangbo was still in deep slumber when she felt kisses on her face. She pried her eyes open and saw Hyunjoong hovering over her.

“Wake up baby, let’s leave.” He whispered.

Hyejung was surprised to see him already fresh from shower, Vicky on his arms and already dressed. She reached for her mobile phone. She did a double take in checking the time. She let out a groan and turns to Hyunjoong.

“Yah! Hyunjoong-ah, why are you up at five in the morning. It’s still early, I wanna sleep.” And she covered her face with a pillow.

“Hyejung-ah, get up now. I already called Omma and Appa and they’re waiting for us.”  He leaned down and removed the pillow from her leaving her no choice but to dress up in haze.

It was only half past six when they made their way to Hyunjoong’s parents’ house. They just left a note for Bea and Junjin since they were still asleep when they left and Hyejung promised to call them at a later time. When they arrived, his parent’s and Hyerim were already dressed up and advised them they’d be leaving immediately to meet up with Hyejung’s parents.  Hyejung was surprised and she called her brother to inform that they’d be coming over. Junho and his wife were also in Jeolla at that time since they stayed with their parents after Vicky’s party. Junho almost scolded her at the short notice but then just keep it to himself for the meantime. At around eleven in the morning, the Kim and the Hwangbo were gathered to discuss the wedding plans.

“What do you mean no ceremony? You can’t afford to give her one?” Hyejung’s father snarled when Hyunjoong informed them of their decision. Hyunjoong’s father, countered immediately.

“My family will handle all preparation. Don’t mind that stupid son of mine Mr. Hwangbo. Hyunjoong’s mother and I will ensure that we’ll have everything set by the end of the month.”

“Appa, father in law, it was my suggestion to just register the marriage without a ceremony. I want Vicky to be old enough to walk down the aisle with us.” Hyejung timidly explained.

“Hyejung-ah, you will get married within the month. I already allowed you to be with him because of Victoria. And now that you both decided to get married, just give this chance to us.  You don’t need to worry about a thing. All you have to do is fit the gown, and attend the ceremony.” Hyejung’s father replied.

Hyejung looked at Hyunjoong’s parents, then to Hyerim. Hyunjoong’s brother just smiled at her as if telling her that it’s her decision. She then turned to Junho and her brother just nodded at her, his eyes telling her to just give way to their parents. When she looked at Hyunjoong, he just squeezed her hand and whispered. “Whatever you decide baby, I’m good with it.”

“Alright, Appa, father in law. We’ll have the ceremony.” Hyejung announced after a sigh.

Both their mothers shrieked in happiness and blabbered about the plans. They left the men in the living room and began calling and coordinating for the event. They only got two weeks and they have to prepare everything quick. By the end of that day, a hotel in Jeju was booked for the ceremony, flights for family were arranged, a famous designer was commissioned to do Hyejung’s gown. Good thing that the designer is a family friend of the Hwangbo’s and ensure that they’ll do overtime just to finish her wedding gown in time. The couple was scheduled for fitting the next day.

A day before their wedding, Hyunjoong held a press conference. The Korean entertainment industry was still shocked even if they already knew that Hyunjoong has a daughter and admitted relationship with Hyejung before.

The wedding ceremony was a family and friends only affair and only one official media firm was allowed to come to the event.  Hyejung was so happy that Sarah and Richard along with their son were able to fly to Korea to attend her wedding. And her wish to have Victoria as flower girl was granted. Bea, her matron of honor has designed Vicky’s pram with flowers and ribbons. Her dress was also tailored to match the other flower girls. Everyone was cooing when Bea walked while pushing Vicky’s pram. And when it’s time for the bride to walk down the aisle everyone was astounded at her simple yet very regal beauty. She may not be an actress or a model but people can’t help but be mesmerized with her. The groom who was impatiently waiting by the altar took a sigh of relief and put on his nicest smile as he wait for her to be by his side.

Four years later.

“Honey, wake up. Time to send Victoria to school.” Hyejung whispered as she gently shake her sleeping husband. Hyunjoong sat up and tried hard to open his eyes.

“Is she already dressed? “He asked as he made his way towards the shower.

“Yes. Beka’s helping her on her breakfast. I just came here to wake you up. Come downstairs when you’re done, okay?” Hyejung replied and when she heard his grumbled okay from the shower, she left the room.

When Hyunjoong went down, he gently approached Hyejung who was busy attending to the baby boy on the high chair. He can’t help but smile as he watched over his family. Who would have thought that the idol Hyunjoong can settle into a more or less normal lifestyle? After getting married, he decided to focus more on singing and produced his own album which topped the chart. He also accepted commercial and concert but he ensure to still have time to spend his time with his main priority- his family. The Jaekyung issue which shook their relationship in the beginning was cleared when the woman sent a mail six months after the couple got married. Eaten by guilt, she explained everything to Hyejung and sincerely apologized.

Hyujoong gently approached his wife and kissed her before picking up his son.

“How’s my baby boy? Wow! Prince Jae is really heavy!” and he gently peppered kiss the five month old baby.  Kim Young Jae is Hyunjoong and Hyejung’s second baby.  He is a replica of his father unlike Vicky who is a mixture of her parents.

“Honey, eat some of these first so we can go and send Vicky to school.”  Hyejung ordered.

Hyunjoong sat down beside his wife and tried eating while Jae is on his lap.

“Daddy, come on let’s go. I’m so excited to go to school.” Victoria exclaimed as Hwangbo finished brushing her hair. Hyunjoong stood up and followed her daughter towards their car while Hyejung picked up Young Jae and trailed after them.

“Victoria, just befriend girls and don’t talk to boys, okay. If they touch you, tell me immediately, okay.” Hyunjoong reminded her daughter as they stood in front of the school.

“Hyunjoong-ah, Vicky’s only four.  It s still okay to be friends with boys.” Hyejung explained. Hyunjoong pouted and was about to reply when Vicky spoke.

“It’s okay Daddy. If there are bad boys, I can always show them what you taught me.”

Hyejung was surprised so she turned and asked Hyunjoong. “And what have you been teaching our daughter?”

Hyunjoong ignored her and kissed Vicky’s cheeks. “Your teacher’s waiting by the door Vicky. Go and enjoy your day. I love you princess.”

Vicky kissed him back and turns to Hyejung and then little Jae. They watched her walked towards the room and Hyunjoong whispered.

“I wish she will stay forever like this.”

“So, Hyunjoong-ah, what have been teaching Victoria?”  Hyejung again enquired as they made their way back to the car. Hyunjoong just laughed and draped his arms on her shoulder.

“It’s just between me and Vicky, honey.”

Twelve years later

“Victoria, Victoria, Open this door.” Hyejung pounded on her daughter’s room. His call was unanswered so he called her once again. “Kim Soo Jin, open this door. Let’s talk.” He again demanded.

“Honey, let her be.  Let her deal with it on her own.” Hyejung prodded and stir him away from their daughter’s room. She gently pushed him toward their room and let him sit by the bed.

“Your daughter is crying but she won’t talk to me. She was never like that.” Hyunjoong expressed.

“Honey, teenagers go thru this and Vicky’s not an exception. Don’t worry. She’ll be fine. I will try to talk to her later,okay?"Hyejung tried to pacify his worried husband.

“I wanna know that punk’s name. I will re arrange his face for breaking my daughter’s heart.” Hyunjoong uttered.

Hyejung can’t help but chuckled. “Honey, I know you’re just mad but no need to hurt that kid. I know Vicky will find a man who deserves her when she’s old enough. First love, first broken heart; it’s all part of growing up.” And then she kissed her husband to end all talks.

Ten years later

“Hyejung-ah, will you please stop crying. You know you can get sick doing that.” And Hyunjoong hugged his wife who was busy putting clothes in a duffel bag.

“My baby’s leaving how can I not cry, Hyunjoong-ah? Vicky’s in France and now Young Jae will be in military service.  How will my baby survive being there?” And her tears run down her cheeks.

Looking at her wife, Hyunjoong can’t help but smile. The years have been good to both of them. Yes, wrinkles and frown line are now visible but she has aged gracefully. She is still as beautiful as ever. Two years ago, they sent Victoria to France to master culinary arts. She already had graduated and now working in one of the top fine dining restaurant there.

“Honey, military service will be good for Young Jae. It’s only going to be two years and he promised to visit every chance he got. This will make your son a better man.  I know you’ll be proud of him." Hyunjoong explained.

“I will miss my baby boy Hyunjoong-ah. He’s the only one we have since the last two years. I will miss doing things for him.” And Hyejung wrapped her arms around her husband.

“Its gonna be just you and me, honey. Just like when we started. I sure will miss our kids but spending time together without them wouldn’t be that bad. “He whispered.

“Yah! Hyunjoong-ah. Keep that sleazy thoughts to yourself.” And she gently pushed him off her.

“I know I haven’t lost my charms, Yeobo. Wanna go on a honeymoon after we send Young Jae? “ 

Hyejung just laughed out loud. All this time that they were together, Hyunjoong never failed to make her laugh

Three Years later…

Hyunjoong was standing by the mirror fixing his clothes when Hyejung came in. She was dressed in a wine red gown that matched the tie she was holding. She walked and stood in front of him.

“Ahh, my handsome shillang, my Hyunjoong-ah.” She smiled dropped a peck on his lips before helping him put on his tie.

“I know they’re going to announce that they’re getting married, Hyejung-ah. No need to soften the blow to me. I’ve seen it coming.” Hyunjoong stated.

“And you’re going to give them your blessings, right?” Hyejung enquired.

Hyunjoong sigh and nodded. Hyejung kissed him on his cheeks and uttered. “Let’s go and meet them.”

When they arrived at the restaurant, Vicky was sitting beside her boyfriend. She met Nicholas in France; he is business man from US. Victoria has already introduced him to her parents and every time she came home to Korea, Nicholas would accompany her. They stood up and bow before her parents. The couple ordered food and they shared small talks till after the meal.

“Daddy, Nicholas and I have something to tell you.” Victoria started. She was gripping the table napkin and turned to her boyfriend.

“Sir, Mr. Kim, I, I want to marry your daughter. She already said yes and we would like to ask for your blessing.” And he bowed before him.

“Victoria, are you sure about this man? You’ve known him for like two years only right?” Hyunjoong asked.

“I’ve never been this sure, Daddy. I love him and I know he will make me happy.” Victoria replied. Unshed tears glistens her eyes and her parents can see the love she has for this man.

“Victoria is my princess, Nicholas. Dare hurt her or make her cry and I’ll make sure you’ll go straight to your resting place. Take good care of her and give me a grandchild right after you get married.”

“Does this mean we can get married, Daddy?”  Victoria asked her eyes twinkling with delight.

“Yes, darling. We’re giving you our blessings, Victoria and Nicholas.” Hyejung replied with tears.

Victoria run towards her parent’s side and give each one of them a hug. Nicholas bowed again to them and kept on saying thank you. They agreed to have Nicholas’ parents to meet with them so they discuss wedding plans. And before they knew it, it was already time to end the night.

Hyejung and Hyunjoong were already in bed, she was laying on her side with him spooned behind her.

“Honey, do you think Vicky will be happy? And Young Jae is he also planning to get married soon?”

Hyejung turned to face him and snuggled closer.

“The way Nicholas looks at Vicky is exactly the way you look at me. The same look I see in Young Jae every time she looked at Lee-an. So I know Nicholas will take good care of Vicky and that she will be happy. As for Young Jae, maybe just a year more since he’s still establishing his own business.” She honestly replied.

“I’ll be contented and at peace if they’ll be as happy as I am by marrying you. You have given me everything I need and more. I love you too much Hyejung. Madly in love even after all these year.”

“And I love you too. Living with you is a dream I never thought would come true. Thank you for giving Vicky and Young Jae to me. Thank you for loving me all these years. And I’m also madly in love with you.”

“ Folie a deux?” Hyunjoong teased. Hyejung just nodded and both smiled before they kiss.
